Prepare for An Attack. Many people are surprised (or disturbed) by the mere fact that defense attorneys are able to make an articulate, detailed defense of their client. Even when facing overwhelming evidence, defense attorneys are always ready and able to respond to each and every piece of condemning evidence. This doesn’t mean their responses are adequate, however. An alternative response (or explanation) is not necessarily an adequate refutation. In a similar way, those who oppose Christianity offer objections that must be evaluated to see if they are adequate.
