Pope Benedict XVI proclaimed a “Year of Faith” for Catholics and stated that Catholics cannot "grow lazy in the faith." To energize—or re-energize—the faithful, The Pontiff identified that the “Year of Faith” is to be celebrated from October 11, 2012 (the 50th anniversary of Second Vatican Council) to November 24, 2013 (the feast of Christ the King).
If you’ve not yet embraced this call from Benedict, now is the perfect time to do so! Or if you’ve fallen short in your commitment, this is the ideal opportunity to revisit what you can do so that you don’t “grow lazy in the faith.”
