Pay attention to your coping responses.

 

As we grieve recent events, we move between shock and denial to anger, depression, fear, confusion, irritability and other emotions. Understand this process of grieving doesn't come in consecutive stages but that these emotions are revisited. Past losses or traumas may intensify your reactions and you may need counseling or pastoral care.
