I watched a program just last night on the Star of Bethlehem. I would recommend looking up I did and am still looking at readings referred to in the aforementioned. Nothing is impossible to our Lord.

Thank you for your literary interpretation of the presence of the star of Bethlehem. I do feel there is more to it. So often I get the impression it is forgotten we are dealing with God and the greatest spirit creatures, beyond our minds comprehension. Because we cannot explain it by our scientific standards it becomes a parable? We are referring to the story of the birth of God's own son, nothing is beyond possibility. In the bible God is rather specific and makes it clear when telling stories such as parables versus passing along historical accounts. To give you something to ponder, it is not made clear who sent the star. The star gave up Jesus' location to Herod causing the family to flee to Egypt, at the warning of an angel. Could the star have been a tool of Satan to do away with Jesus before he had a chance to undo mankinds doom? Things are not always what they seem.
