Karma at Work

Defining Karmic Management

Business Woman Fountain Park

By Geshe Michael Roach

Karma is everything that we do, say or think. However, its real essence is that which we are thinking deep down in our heart which is where our thoughts, words and actions originate. A karmic act begets a karmic consequence of similar nature. That is, a good act leads to a good result and vice versa. Karmic management is a practical business strategy for success, a success that is always accompanied by a sense of personal fulfillment and happiness.

Just as there are steps to accomplish any project, there is a path to achieving karmic balance in the workplace.
