Many believe that the Garden Tomb is where Jesus was buried after the crucifixion, and consequently, where the resurrection took place. The angel said “I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay (Matthew 28: 5-6).” The Garden Tomb is in Jerusalem and continues to be a spiritual place for many people around the world.
