The Creation Museum Is a great place to visit with your partner. Located in Petersburg, Kentucky, the massive 70,000 square foot structure allows you to walk through, and experience the creation story, in real-time. You’ll get to walk through the Garden of Eden. They offer an amazing planetarium, where you’ll have the chance to experience the botanical garden, and a number of other cool exhibits. There are also characters from the Bible there available for you to interact with. You and your partner will be amazed with this one.

The Holy Land

If you and your significant other are in a position to travel overseas, it will be well worth the time and the investment to travel to the Holy Land. As Christians, we often here about the places and stories of Jesus’ life, but have no real context because we’ve never traveled to those places, or lived the experience. There you can learn about the life of Jesus right where it happened, right where Jesus walked. There, you can travel to the Sea of Galilee, Jerusalem, Nazareth and the Mount of Olives. The major Christian sites are In Jerusalem, both within and beyond the Old City are the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Church of St. John the Baptist and the Church of All Nations. Those who have traveled there have described the experience as beautiful and life-changing. Who better to have this amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience with the person you plan on, or are already building your life with? There are many sites that host traveling and tours through the Holy Land. We promise it will be the journey of a lifetime.

London, England

Another great place to go if you are in a position to travel is London, England. London hosts beautiful architecture and some of the world’s most iconic churches. A dedication to Paul the Apostle, St. Paul Cathedral, the Church of England cathedral, sits at the highest point in London. The current church is from the late 17th century. The original church dates all the way back to 604 A.D. Another amazing landmark is Westminster Abby. It is an icon of London, and one of the most notable religious buildings in the United Kingdom. Built in the 10th century. You and your partner will be blown away by the churches architecture, and its magnificent nature.

Christian cruises provide is a great travel option for couples looking to add a faith/spiritual component to their vacations, while also looking to enjoy the beauty of the sea. These are also family-friendly, so you won’t have to leave your children home if you want them to travel with you and want to make it a family trip.

The Holy Land Experience

If you don’t quite have the budget now for a trip to the real Holy Land, you and your significant other can travel to The Holy Land Experience, which is located in Orlando, Florida. The theme park recreates the architecture and themes of the ancient city of Jerusalem in 1st century Judea, built to look like Jerusalem 2000 years ago. You and your mate will have the chance to travel through a replica of the tomb that Jesus was buried/resurrected. You can also travel to the Great Temple, Qumran Dead Sea Caves and the Wilderness Tabernacle, among other exhibits. They even have biblical archeologists there to explain the sites and their history.
