Alice and Bella travel to stop Edward from revealing himself to the humans. Bella stops Edward and he reveals that he only left because he thought that was the best thing for Bella. Jane, a member of the Volturi, approaches Edward, Alice and Bella. Jane makes the group follow her to the Volturi. After a long delibration, the Volturi allow Edward, Alice and Bella to leave alive because Aro (the head of the Volturi) is intrigued that none of the vampire's powers have an affect on Bella. Alice also reveals to Aro that Bella will one day be a vampire.

Edward: "I just couldn't live in a world where you don't exist."
