Succeed Even in Good, Bad or In-Between Times
The waves of change are incessant. We don’t control the biggest waves that affect us – the economy, technology, stock market and unemployment rate just to name a few. So what can we do? We need to interact with those forces to create positive outcomes for our organizations and ourselves. That’s what great surfers do: they learn to ride the waves that come their way. We all need to become better surfers and that means focusing on thinking and acting in ways that make and keep us successful.
