A Guard at Guantanamo Prison
Army specialist Terry Holdbrooks has been working at Guantanamo Bay for
six months when he had a conversation with Ahmed Errachidi, a Moroccan detainee
known as “The General”. That conversation led to an interest in Islam and ultimately the oath of faith
It’s an intriguing story about how faith blossoms in the unlikeliest places. Holdbrooks adopted the new name “Mustafa” and has been active in testifying about human rights and civil rights abuses he observed while he was serving at Gitmo.
