VIRUS CONCERNS: Virus and spam e-mails are a huge problem for us. We routinely delete, without reading, hundreds of e-mails that are probably spam or viruses. Make sure your e-mail gets through:

• E-mails containing images (smilies, stationery, etc.) will be deleted unread
• E-mails with a blank subject line will be deleted unread
• E-mails containing attached files will be deleted unread
• E-mails with an ambiguous subject line will be deleted unread
• E-mails with "hi" or "hello" as the subject line will be deleted unread
